In response to addressing the identified academic, cognitive and affective needs of diverse student populations, participants gain an understanding of intersectionality and its importance in our industry centered around Cultural Humility. Participants will develop inter/intrapersonal relationships to improve the way we communicate effectively and interact equitably with people across cultures.
