Gifted learners are a neurodiverse population for which asynchronous development is a cornerstone. Asynchronous development is defined as an outside-the-norm difference in a child's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth. Let's explore the social-emotional needs of this culturally and neurologically diverse population, and how to meet them where they are.
